Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. This means that once a purchase is complete, and the digital product is delivered, we typically don’t offer refunds. 

Exceptions

However, we understand that there might be extenuating circumstances. We will consider offering a full or partial refund in the following situations:

Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the digital product or if the product is not functioning as described, we will try our best to resolve the issue. If the problem persists and cannot be resolved, we may offer a full refund.

Misrepresentation: If there was a significant misrepresentation of the product in the description, we may offer a full refund.

Expectation Not Met: You are also eligible to receive a refund if you did not get the expected results with our ebook.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at info@unplugsprouts.com with a detailed explanation of the issue. 

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 10 business days. We will notify you via email of our decision.  If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days. 

Please Note

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that we believe is not in accordance with this policy.
